Kanye West likes to call the shots in his career, but his desire to be in charge also extends to the home front — and his wife, Kim Kardashian.
Keeping 35-year-old Kardashian in check shouldn’t be too big of a deal, especially since he’s holding a huge secret over her head: She once engaged in a tawdry threesome, reports In Touch.
“She spent years trying to change people’s perception of her, ever since the sex tape came out [in 2007],” an insider with knowledge of the situation told the magazine, “and this can undo everything.”

Though the reality star’s rep denied the tryst, In Touch claims that multiple insiders dished on how Kardashian cheated on a longtime boyfriend with Kanye, 37, and another woman who just happens to also be famous. “Kanye was obsessed with Kim and wanted to have a three-way with her, and she didn’t hesitate,” said one source.

“Kim and Kanye had already been seeing each other behind her boyfriend’s back, and Kanye brought this other woman into it.”

The only problem? “The other woman ended up getting jealous of Kim because Kanye was more into Kim than he was into her,” says the source.

Local hunters kill over 70 Boko Haram insurgents, recapture Adamawa town

At least 75 Boko Haram militants were killed by local hunters in Maiha Local Government area of Adamawa State, residents of the area have said.

Maiha town, which is about 25 kilometers from Mubi town that was captured about two weeks ago, and about 200km from Yola the state capital, has now been recovered from the insurgents.

Maiha fell into the hands of  Boko Haram insurgents in a fierce battle with the Nigerian troops on Monday.

Sources say local hunters ambushed the insurgents and killed them in their dozens.

“The hunters mobilized and gave the insurgents hot chase during which many Boko Haram sect members are killed,” Bello Ya’u, a resident of Maiha, said. ‘’We commend them for the gallant fight.”

Corroborating, Baba Dauda, a local hunter told PREMIUM TIMES that the hunters made up their minds to fight because the insurgents had been maiming too many people.

“We had to wake up  and fight the bastards that keep plaguing our societies killing innocents souls.

“People should brace up and start fighting them, we killed many of them. We are not afraid of being killed,” he added.

Following the attack, some residents of Maiha now fear reprisal attacks and are moving in droves to the capital of Adamawa, Yola.

The state co-ordinator of Civilian Joint Task Force, Bako  Goni,  said over 2,000 people, including youth vigilantes, local hunters, retired military, police and para-military operatives, artisans and petty traders have signed up to confront Boko Haram insurgents in the  state.

Mr. Goni said the volunteers resolved to use dane guns, sticks, bows and arrows to confront the insurgents, thereby complementing the efforts of  Nigerian soldiers fighting the terrorists.

The insurgents have taken over many towns and villages in Adamawa State, including Madagali, Michika, Mubi North, Mubi South and many others.

A young girl named Aisha (pictured above) who was going to school on a motorbike was crushed to death by an oncoming car this evening in Abeokuta, Ogun State. The lady was well known in the area where the accident happened. The Okada man sustained serious injuries and was immediately rushed to the hospital. Too sad. May her soul rest in peace. Youtube sensation Betty Butt of Twerk Team shot dead in Atlanta..this morning

 Betty Butt, one of the original members of the popular Twerk team group, has died. The beautiful Youtube sensation who was popular for her twerking skills was shot dead yesterday November 12th inside her apartment complex in Atlanta.

According to police reports, Betty and her boyfriend were walking to her house when three men approached them and shot them both at point. The unnamed boyfriend survived but Betty died immediately from a gun shot wound to the head. The Police are investing the murder.

The New N100 Digital Note...Jonathan unveils N100 commemorative notes

President Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday formally unveiled the new N100 commemorative notes at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The short ceremony which was initially scheduled for last Wednesday did not hold then because of the President’s journey to Burkina Faso.
Vice President Namadi Sambo and the Central Bank of Nigeria’s Governor, Godwin Emefiele, joined the President to unveil the note during the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting.
Shortly after presenting the note, Emefiele said it was issued to commemorate the 100 years of the nation’s amalgamation.
He listed some countries that had before now issued currencies to mark epochal events to include Morocco, Russia and Costa Rica among others.

 


He said the new note was produced with what he described as most advanced security features in the world.
Emefiele listed the design platforms on which the note was made to include security, durability, attractiveness, cultural heritage and transformation.
Jonathan lauded the CBN for coming up with the commemorative note, though it was coming a bit late since activities marking the nation’s centenary had been concluded.
He recalled that commemorative N50 notes were also introduced to mark the nation’s 50th independence anniversary.
Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, also commended the CBN for coming up with the notes.
She specifically lauded the QRC feature on the back of the note.



The code, if scanned with smart phones, leads users to a website where the nation’s history could be accessed.
The minister also raised questions on the amount the CBN will use to print the new notes and whether it would be done locally.
Jonathan however said the questions would be answered when a memorandum on the issue is presented to the council.

Standing at 541 meters with 104 floors, it is officially America’s tallest building and cost $3.9 billion to put the skyscraper together. One of the first tenants, publishing giant Conde Nast started moving in yesterday, Anna Wintour, the editor of Vogue, is said to be moving to the 25th floor with her staff, while Vanity Fair editor, Graydon Carter, has chosen the 41st floor. An official opening ceremony date is yet to be fixed.

Nigeria's Super Falcons win 2014 African Women Championship

The Super Falcons of Nigeria this evening October 25th beat Cameroon 2-0 to win the 9th African Women Championship 2014 which took place in Namibia.
